The veteran guard and 76ers star James Harden has decided to decline his $47.3M option for 2022-2023 season and plans to return with the team. After the 76ers were eliminated in the eastern conference finals by the Miami Heat last season, Harden said that he would take a pay cut in the short-term in order to help the team build a legitimate contender, and he is living up to his word.
